This process is mainly used for pelletizing of materials that are likely to absorb water,or are  not easily  dewatered or dried,or to which moisture content may result  in  adverse  effect  on quality.As materials never contact with water during the whole pelletizing process,there is no need to remove water Conventional  configuration  for  the  equipment  includes:pelletizer,three-stage air  conveying system and vibration sieve. Water-ring hot face pelletizing system is suitable for many thermoplastic materials.Because the water ring is formed at the periphery of the mold,the mold does not contact with the cooling water.This feature ensures the uniformity of the temperature of the mold,ensures the consistency and uniformity of the particles,and is insensitive to short-term  polymer  flow interruption.Ensure the appearance of the material particles.

Gearbox

High precision gearbox with hard tooth surface adopts split structure of deceleration and torque distribution and has high load-bearing capacity. It adopts high strength cast iron housing and uses high precision CNC machines to produce them. Shaft/gear: made from high quality alloy steel, after heat treatment, gear surface hardness:. HRC 58-62. High precision grinding and gear modification, Precision level≤6 according to GB/T 10095-2001. It uses famous bearings and oil seal brand, like: INA,NSK,IKO,LYC,ZWZ and SOG; Lubricant system: lubrication is forced type by oil pump and circle.
