Strand pelletizing is a widely applied pelletizing  process,suitable for almost all  materials. This process features simple equipment structure and convenient operation and maintenance. For strand  pelletizing  process,usually  water  bath,air  knife,pelletizer  and vibration sieve are provided.The system is in module design,so users can add a hot air drying chamber,pneumatic conveying system,silo or other equipment to it as options according to process requirements.  This product is suitable for Water  cooling  strand  pelletizing  line  of  all  kinds  of  thermoplastic  general  engineering  plastics and modified engineering plastics,such as ABS,PA,PC,PE,PET,POM,PP,PPS,PS,etc.,including glass fiber reinforced and inorganic filled  thermoplastic  extrusion.

Gearbox

High precision gearbox with hard tooth surface adopts split structure of deceleration and torque distribution and has high load-bearing capacity. It adopts high strength cast iron housing and uses high precision CNC machines to produce them. Shaft/gear: made from high quality alloy steel, after heat treatment, gear surface hardness:. HRC 58-62. High precision grinding and gear modification, Precision level≤6 according to GB/T 10095-2001. It uses famous bearings and oil seal brand, like: INA,NSK,IKO,LYC,ZWZ and SOG; Lubricant system: lubrication is forced type by oil pump and circle.

Conventional materials includes 45#steel inlay integral liner(α101),Nickel based alloy and Nickel based tungsten carbide alloy. They are made by high precision CNC machines and have high precision and quality. They can be customized according to customers' requirements and drawings.

They are composed of screw elements and core shafts and are modular design. Their size is 12-110mm. Screw elements have many different structure and length which can be arranged and combined according to different products. Their materials can be High Speed Tool Steel(W6Mo5Cr4V2), Nitrided steel(38CrMoAl), Alloy Tool Steel(Cr12MoV), RalloyWR5, Stainless steel(304,316L,440C) and Hastelloy Alloy C276. 
Core Shafts have Involute spline, Retackle spline, Square keyslot spline types. They can be made of 40CrNiMo,Rally WR15E,Rally WR30 materials. They can be customized according to customers' requirements and drawings.
